Dealer Synergy is seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist. This position is directly responsible for meeting the needs of our many clients, all of which are multi-billion dollar a year businesses in the automotive sales industry, all while exercising the highest level of integrity, service and quality. This position also involves the training, coaching, monitoring and development of our clients’ employees who are vital to the success of our clients and their profitability. The Customer Support Specialist would be responsible for analyzing the performance of Business Development Center representatives and creating reports to our clients so they can continue in their success.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $12.00-$14.00 Per Hour (Based On Experience)

Job Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Create/Manage/Review/Analyze Scorecards
  • Perform Reinforcement Training
  • Monitor Call Recordings
  • Perform Mystery Shopping
  • Create reports based off Scorecards, Call Recordings and Mystery Shopping
  • Contact with clients via email, phone, BombBomb video portal
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) support
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Prior Customer Service experience is required (at least 1 year)
  • Call Center experience in a car dealership is a plus (will train the right person)
  • Experience using Microsoft and Google applications
  • Knowledge of CRM applications a plus (will train the right person)
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be a team player
